After having launched our earlier products in the range of 8000-1200K, we felt the sub 4K segment was fairly untouched and hence we saw the opportunity to introduce a product in the price bracket of 4K. We believe in excellent customer service and for the same we have a one year warranty along with a pick up and drop facility for all our products.”
