ZTE Axon Elite ready for global markets, offers eye scanner and fingerprint reader

After having released it in China as well as the United States, ZTE is now ready to bring its high-end Axon range into the global markets. The Axon Elite is the variant that has been chosen for a world tour, and this device will first be seen arriving in Europe by the end of this month.

The ZTE Axon Elite is known for its trio of biometric security options. While it offers fingerprint reading as well as eye scanning to recognize you, it also grabs the ability to get unlocked by your voice. All these features are however, absent from the US version of the device which holds a 5.5-inch Quad HD display.

As if to fit those traits inside it, the global model of the Axon lets go of the high resolution and settles for a 1080p full HD screen. It retains most of the other features present on the stateside variant.
