Motorola India has announced that its Moto 360 smartwatch is finally available for purchase with metal bands. The accessory has been priced at Rs 19999 and comes in options of light and dark chrome with no word on whether the gold version will go up for grabs anytime soon.
As you probably know, the metal bands customization option was originally launched back in November of last year and it’s only now being made available in India. The new personalization choice gives the Motorola Moto 360 smartwatch a more premium and class look. The bands are made from stainless steel and offer a high level of durability.
They also flaunt a tri-link design with a butterfly clasp. The Motorola smartwatch recently receive a price cut in the US where it’s now selling for as low as $165 (around Rs 10484). Clearly, this reduction is yet to been implemented in India. So it could be a good decision to wait for a bit before purchasing the Android Wear device as it could get cheaper in the coming weeks.
The Motorola Moto 360 metal band is amongst the few smartwatches to offer a circular design. The device is soon to get the new Android Wear version 5.1 update which was announced by Google a few days back.
