The Xolo Q2000 which popped up without any warning on the company’s website, has been given an official launch. Not only that, Xolo has also revealed the price of the device as Rs 15,000, something which puts it the mid-range category with others like the Micromax Canvas Turbo A250, Gionee Elife E6 and LG G Pro Lite dual.
Yesterday was not the first time we saw the Q2000. Back in May, the handset was leaked along with a likely price of Rs 15,000 to Rs 16,000 and we must say, the details were almost spot-on. The smartphone has an HD IPS touchscreen measuring 5.5 inches. It works on Android 4.2 and has a 1.2GHz quad core processor at its heart.
The device runs on 1GB of RAM and packs in internal storage amounting to 8GB. In case this falls short of your hoarding needs, there’s always the microSD card slot for adding up to 32GB of extra space. There’s a 13MP camera on the rear panel and sitting above the display is a 2MP webcam for 3G video calling.
