Xiaomi’s launched 4 new products for the Indian market, bringing the Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini, 10000mAh Mi Power Bank 2, 20000mAh Mi Power Bank 2, and Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2 to the country. All will be available via the brand’s site and physical Mi Home store.
Starting off with the Mi Wi-Fi Repeater 2, the device is a Wi-Fi range extender that boasts of dual PCB antennas and a peak speed of 300Mbps. It can connect up to 16 devices at once and works with the Mi Home app to pick out the Wi-Fi dead zones in a house. It’s priced at Rs 999 and is set to hit availability on June 20.
The Mi Bluetooth Speaker Mini is a tiny puck-sized accessory that measures just 52 x 52 x 25mm and weighs in at 58g, small enough to fit in the palm of a hand. It’s been encased in aluminum and features CSR Bluetooth 4.0 and CVC 6.0 noise reduction technology. Both combined are supposed to ensure high-quality calls and energy-efficient power usage.
Xiaomi’s included a lanyard hole to let users hang the speaker anywhere. It claims the speaker can last for around 4 hours, enhancing its portability. It’ll go up for sale on June 21 in gold and grey colors at Rs 1299.
As for the Mi Power Bank 2, the metal 10000mAh and polycarbonate 20000mAh variants have both been updated to cut down on charging times. The former goes for Rs 1199, while the latter will be vended at Rs 2199. The two are set to hit the company’s website first on June 20, followed by Amazon India and Flipkart on July 7.
