Xiaomi Mi 4i goes for global availability with third-party reseller

The new Xiaomi Mi 4i smartphone has just been blessed with global availability, which is great news for those who wish to purchase the device but don’t happen to live in the select Asian nations it’s available in. A third-party reseller named Uniqbe is taking pre-orders for this smartphone, and is willing to ship it to most countries from around the world.

Of course, there’s a shipping fee involved which depends upon the location it will be delivered at. The amount will be added over and above the $240 price which the Xiaomi Mi 4i is being sold at by Uniqbe (via GSM Arena). In comparison, the handset costs Rs 12999 or around $200 in India.

Once the shipping amount is added, the Mi 4i can be yours at about $300. This means you’ll be paying approximately $100 worth of premium for getting the device in a country where it’s not sold officially.
