Western Digital’s My Passport Studio for Mac works seamlessly with Apple’s Time Machine

My Passport Studio Mac Time Machine on Western Digital’s My Passport Studio? Yes, very much as the 320GB external drive has been especially formatted for Apple Mac users.

WD brings the portable storage loaded with FireWire 400 and USB 2.0 with a five-year limited warranty and has a feather weight of just 5 ounces. Its dimensions are 3.2” x 5.0” x .71” (81mm x 127 mm x 18 mm). It is formatted with HFS+ Journaled for Macintosh compatibility requiring Mac OS X 10.4.11+ or 10.5.2+.
