Built for professionals constantly on the move, the Acer C120 pico projector comes with a highly portable design and can be powered via a USB port on notebooks. To deliver an enriched viewing experience and clear visuals, the company has equipped it with the USB 3.0 interface for better speeds.
Employed within the projector is an LED lamp which proffers a 16:9 aspect ratio at a native WVGA resolution of 854 x 480 pixels and a maximum WXGA resolution of 1280 x 800 pixels in a 16:10 aspect ratio. When attached to a USB 3.0 port, the peripheral is capable of displaying images at 75 ANSI lumens, whilst with the included AC adapter, users will be able to project presentations in over 100 ANSI lumens.
“We’ve designed the Acer C120 projector to be a powerful tool for businesspeople, consultants, real estate agents and anyone who needs an ultra-portable projector that will make their presentations even more effective,” expressed Chris White, senior director of product marketing, Acer America. “It’s very convenient to use and provides a range of usage scenarios, making it the ideal companion for anyone that gives presentations on the go.”
The LED lamp has a life span of approximately 20,000 hours and it should be able to project clear visuals between distances of 15.75 inches to 12.14 feet. With a mass of around 6.34 ounces, the lightweight projection peripheral is apparently palm-sized and small enough to fit within a purse or a briefcase. In terms of dimensions it measures 4.72 x 3.23 x 1 inches. To complement these aforementioned features, it’s even said to sport a long battery life.
The Acer C120 price amounts to $259 and it is available for purchase in the US with a one year warranty.
