TomTom’s launched a brand new range of wearables in India namely the Touch fitness tracker, Spark 3 watch, and Adventurer watch. The devices offer the same standard set of features expected from most fitness-focused products, with a few standout features to set it apart from the crowd.
Starting off with the TomTom Touch, the offering distinguishes itself from other trackers available in the market by being capable of measuring body fat and muscle mass percentage. Both are vital stats when it comes to figuring out where you lie on the health scale.
While the Touch isn’t waterproof like its launch siblings, it does have splash protection for minor water-related accidents. It also measures your heart rate, calories burned, sleep data, and steps taken. You can additionally view your stats and progress via the brand’s MySports companion app.
Specs-wise, TomTom claims the wearable can go on for 5 days of continuous tracking on a single charge. It further syncs with your handset to deliver notifications for messages and calls. It’s priced at Rs 13999 and will be exclusively available via Amazon India.
Moving on to the Spark 3, the smartwatch features GPS and 3GB of in-built memory, allowing a certain degree of freedom from your phone. The former helps supply live information like route, time, distance, speed, and pace. The latter makes way for over 500 songs to be stored.
TomTom asserts the device is water resistant up to 40m and can be worn while taking a dip in a pool. It also offers a range of Multisport Modes to track different activities like swimming, running, biking, and gymming. The standard model sets you back by Rs 13999, the Spark 3 Cardio by Rs 17999, the Spark 3 Music by Rs 21999, and the Spark 3 Cardio + Music by Rs 21999.
Finally, the TomTom Adventurer is similar to the Spark 3 with a special focus on outdoor activities like hiking, trail-running, skiing and snowboarding. It comes with a trail exploration feature which allows you to upload trails before you try exploring uncharted territory. It even tracks stats like altitude, 3D distance, ascent, and gradient.
The TomTom Adventurer costs Rs 25999 and will hit e-commerce sites in mid-December.
