The world’s largest navigation solutions provider TomTom, has unveiled the new TomTom ONE XL portable navigation device. This new addition to TomTom’s ONE range has a larger-than-life 4.3-inch touch screen and a very sleek design.
The TomTom ONE XL navigation device is a user-friendly, light-weight and portable device. Due to the siper-sized screen, one is able to have an expanded view of the driving area, which shows more street names and side roads.
What’s more, the TomTom ONE XL portable navigation device is traffic-ready, which means that this device is able to give drivers access to real-time updates and road conditions through a subscription to TomTom Traffic.
Besides, the TomTom ONE XL portable navigation device also comes with up-to-date maps and QuickGPSfix software for a fast connection to GPS satellites and quick route calculation for worry-free navigation.
Owners of the TomTom ONE XL portable navigation device will also get access to all the TomTom PLUS services including real-time traffic and weather reports, updates on road conditions and TomTom Buddies feature.
Using TomTom HOME, which is TomTom’s free software application, users will be able to manage, download, store and transfer content from their PCs to their TomTom devices.
The TomTom ONE XL portable navigation device will be available for a price of $300 at all major retailers across the US and Canada in June 2007.
