BlackBerry is working on new smartphone and we know that because the company has already officially disclosed this information and there have been many leaks going about as well. We’ve learned new information on three of these phones (there could be more) which all look to be top-tier products.
First on the list is a new Porsche Design model which is called the P’9984. And image of this phone was leaked online (embedded below) and even though not much has been showcased, we’ve managed to learn quite a bit front the picture. The phone (on the left) is shown to have a 3-rom QWERTY keyboard and a premium design.
This could very well be a glammed up version of the Passport for the Porsche Design series. The phone is reportedly being developed under the codename Keian. The second leaked device (on the right) is the BlackBerry Oslo which also comes via Weibo user dtblackberry, reports PhoneArena.
We’ve already seen this handset get leaked extensively in the past. The BlackBerry device is basically an upgrade, if not, the successor to the Passport. It features more rounded edges, while the core hardware is said to be almost similar to the current phablet’s.
BlackBerry Oslo specs roundup:
– 1440 x 1440 pixel LCD
– 3-row QWERTY keyboard
– 13MP camera
– 2MP front imager
– 3450mAh
The last phone is also something we’ve seen before. The Slider/Venice device you see above is the same handset the company’s CEO showcased earlier this year. The device will have the traditional slider look from 2011 combined with a dual curved display just like on the Galaxy S6 Edge and beefy hardware.
Hopefully we’ll have more information on these BlackBerry phones soon. As for launches, we don’t expect to see them go official any time soon.
