Micromax Funbook Mini P410 is a dual SIM tablet, pegged at Rs 8,820

Micromax has yet to officially announce the Funbook Mini P410 in India. But the tablet is already up for pre-order online at a price of Rs 8,820 even if hasn’t turned up on the manufacturer’s website as a Coming Soon product at least.

This exceptionally plain-looking slab of Android is fitted out with specs to match. It comes in the color white and users can make calls from it. And not just make calls from it, but actually juggle two numbers simultaneously owing to the dual SIM slots inside.

The P410 has a 7-inch display. Meaning, picking up or answering calls on it shouldn’t look as awkward as it would if we were talking about a 9-inch or larger tablet. The OS version onboard is Jelly Bean 4.1 and there’s a 1GHz dual core chip keeping things going smoothly.

Micromax has stuffed the slate with 1GB of RAM and 4GB internal memory. Because 4GB is most likely to fall short of hoarding needs for users who like to stay entertained at all times, the company has slipped in a microSD card slot for expanding the storage space up to 32GB.
