Spice Stellar 431 offers colorful backdoors, KitKat and dual SIM 3G for Rs 4499

There will never be a shortage of ultra cheap Android smartphones in India as devices like Spice’s new Stellar 431 are constantly keeping this segment loaded with fresh options. The new release is a basic handset featuring Android at a very affordable price of Rs 4499.

The Spice Stellar 431 is basically an upgraded version of the Stellar 430 smartphone which was launched last year. The handset comes in colorful options and is targeted at the youth as well as those looking to pick up their first Android device. KitKat is what the phone comes out of the box and the company has preloaded popular applications such as WhatsApp, Opera, AskMe and Olx amongst others.
