A new member for the 1080p mobile segment, the Spice Pinnacle FHD, has surfaced in India. It not only sports the most predictive specifications, but also an affordable price tag. The device in question is the third member in the Spice Pinnacle series which will soon include the Stylus handset as well.

The price of the Spice Pinnacle FHD is at almost par with competitive devices such as the Lemon A4, the iBerry Auxus Nuclea N1 and the Wammy Passion Z. As the name indicates that the handset delivers 1080p visuals, the touchscreen on the front measures 5 inches wide and it is accompanied by a 2MP webcam. To get the best Android experience possible, the company has loaded the device with Jelly Bean 4.2 and also appears to have applied a custom skin to the user interface.

Additionally, the handset comes with software attributes such as direct call, gesture commands and a lot more. Like each aforementioned phone, the Spice Pinnacle FHD is dual SIM enabled, supporting 3G HSPA+ networks on both slots. Other connectivity features comprise of Wi-Fi with tethering, GPS as well as A-GPS and Bluetooth 4.0 amongst others.

Where hardware components are concerned, the Spice Pinnacle FHD is designed with a quad core 1.5GHz processor, 1GB of RAM, 8GB ROM with up to 32GB microSD card support, an 8MP AF camera and a 2100mAh battery. Lastly, it measures 9.3mm thick and weighs 175 grams.

The Pinnacle FHD smartphone is currently available to pre-order via Saholic, while no other retailer has listed the device as yet. Where a price is concerned, interested buyers will have to shell out Rs 16,999 to get their hands on the phone. The handset can be picked up on EMI or with the COD service and deliveries are slated to commence on 20 July.
