Sony’s Xperia X and Xperia XA ready for Indian gig, pre-registrations now open

Xperia X

Sony took a step away from its usual Z series, and branded its new smartphones with the Xperia X naming system at this year’s MWC. While these devices have been travelling the world ever since, they are still to make their way into India.

That wait will soon be over for fans, as both the Sony Xperia X and the Xperia XA have been listed on the company’s official website with pre-registration pages for both of them up as well. However, their all-important price tags have still been kept a secret.

The Xperia X and XA were both unveiled alongside their powerful cousin named the Xperia X Performance which doesn’t seem to be ready for an Indian release yet. The two other smartphones are mid-range offerings and hence aren’t water and dustproof, if you’re wondering.
