The Sony Vaio T Series Ultrabook and a horde of other computer systems including the Vaio Z Series laptop have been unveiled at the Vaio Expo Tour to mark the completion of 15 years of the company’s celebrated range. The Intel certified T Series notebook is said to be capable of delivering improved performance on the move, while the Z Series Anniversary edition device with a glossy exterior is best suited for fashion-conscious people.
The comfortable-to-use silver Ultrabook is fitted with a 13.3-inch display and its compact aluminum and magnesium form factor should make it a suitable travel companion. It gets steam from the latest generation low voltage Intel Core processors and has been included with the Intel Smart Response technology. This notebook can be configured with an SSD or a hybrid drive too. Additionally, it embeds USB connectors, an HDMI output, VGA and Ethernet ports as well as a Memory Stick and SD card reader.
The carbon fiber Z Series laptop is not only durable enough to endure everyday wear and tear, but also looks stylish in its sleek and glossy chassis. Available in shades of black, carbon fiber gold, carbon fiber black and premium carbon fiber black, it wears an HD 1920 x 1080p display with attributes like a wide viewing angle and anti-reflective technology. It comes with the Solid State Flash RAID drives and the third generation Intel Core processors for swift multitasking. Featuring the Sheet Battery technology, this range sports a number of I/O ports for connectivity and works in conjunction with the Power Media Dock too.
The Sony Vaio T Series Ultrabook price tag reads $799.99 while the Z series anniversary edition laptop will be available for $1599.99.
