Smartron t.phone

Smartron, the India-based Internet of Things company which recently also launched a tablet here, has now come up with its much awaited t.phone handset. This device boasts of advanced specs and a metal build which together warrant its Rs 22999 price tag.

The Smartron t.phone will be seen going on sale through the company’s t.store website as well as Gadgets 360 sometime next month. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow, and even ships with some proprietary apps like t.cloud which is claimed to offer unlimited cloud storage.

This handset from Smartron even comes with a USB Type-C port at its bottom. A 5.5-inch 1080p AMOLED display sits on its front, whereas a Snapdragon 810 processor coupled with 4GB of RAM has also been granted to it. Its camera setup includes a 13MP rear unit and a 4MP Ultrapixel-like front snapper. It comes with a hybrid dual SIM slot which means you won’t be able to use a second SIM if a microSD card is inserted.
