SAP India emerges as winner in the ‘Enterprise Applications’ category as per Customer Satisfaction Audit 2007

SAP India logo SAP India, the leading provider of software solutions for businesses has managed to bag itself the top slot in the enterprise applications category. This bit of news is as per the results of the annual Customer Satisfaction Audit (CSA) 2007 that were published in Dataquest magazine.

According to Prasanto K Roy, president and chief editor, CyberMedia Publications, “We take this opportunity to congratulate SAP on achieving this feat and strongly believe that what enabled SAP to move up to the top slot this year is a result of the concentrated effort in delivering value to customers and the best practices tailored to India delivered by SAP”

In the enterprise applications category that covers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), the results of the survey showed that India CIOs chose SAP over Oracle, Microsoft Business Solutions and RAMCO, as the top enterprise applications provider.

The survey results showed that Indian CIOs rated SAP at the top slot on key parameters such as product reliability, responsiveness to specific client requirements and domain knowledge of customers business and post sales support.
