SAP India, the leading provider of software solutions for businesses has managed to bag itself the top slot in the enterprise applications category. This bit of news is as per the results of the annual Customer Satisfaction Audit (CSA) 2007 that were published in Dataquest magazine.

In the enterprise applications category that covers Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), the results of the survey showed that India CIOs chose SAP over Oracle, Microsoft Business Solutions and RAMCO, as the top enterprise applications provider.
The survey results showed that Indian CIOs rated SAP at the top slot on key parameters such as product reliability, responsiveness to specific client requirements and domain knowledge of customers business and post sales support.
