The Samsung QF20 Smart, the first shooter from the company with Wi-Fi connectivity has hit availability status along with the rugged W300 pocket camcorder. While the former should come in handy for sharing videos through various social networking websites, the latter seems like a good option for adventurous users who are constantly on the move.

A sequel to the Q10 camera, the Wi-Fi enabled QF20 dons a 2.7-inch LCD touchscreen and 20x optical zoom to easily capture videos from a distance. A single button of this imager allows users to upload videos to websites like Facebook or YouTube and another dedicated key instantly starts video recording. Also, the built-in Samsung TV Link feature facilitates wireless connections to TVs and Blu-ray players, while AllShare can be used to transfer videos to a computer.

The flexible camcorder can rotate 180-degrees and employs the convenient Switch Grip 2.0 handle design. Its 5MP BSI sensor takes care of the clarity and the Optical Image Stabilization Duo does away with the blurring effect. The Art Time Lapse feature of this shooter clicks images at preset time intervals and creates time lapse effect by speeding up the time passage between to clicks.

The sturdy Samsung W300 pocket camera boasts of withstanding water, dust and shocks that should make it apt for shooting in extreme conditions. Integrated with a 29.6mm wide-angle lens and a 2.3-inch LCD screen, this snapper – splashed with shades of orange, black and red – dons a USB port too. Photographers can briefly pause recording and continue again using the Record/Pause mode of this camcorder. Additionally, both the devices incorporate in-camera editing attributes in addition to My Clip for bookmarking parts of videos and Smart Background Music 2.0 for audio synchronization.

The Samsung QF20 Smart price and availability reveal that it is now available for $349.99. The W300 pocket camcorder can be purchased for $159.99 through authorized retailers.
