The Samsung Galaxy Y Duos Lite India price and availability details that were kept under wraps till about a few days ago, have been revealed. It is now up for sale via the official company website as well as online retailers like Snapdeal and Flipkart in the country.
This dual SIM device belongs to the ‘Young’ series of smartphones from the South Korean manufacturer and operates with the help of the Android OS. It takes advantage of the Gingerbread platform, but the ICS update doesn’t seem to be in the offing for now. Additionally, the Samsung TouchWiz user interface has been deployed to offer an intuitive experience when navigating through the device.
Enclosed in a white-colored rounded enclosure, the handset measures not more than 11.9mm in thickness. Its front panel is draped in a 2.8-inch QVGA display, while the flip side shows off a 2MP camera which can be employed for the purpose of recording videos, besides capturing still shots.
