Galaxy Tab 3

Samsung had unveiled a trio of Galaxy Tab 3 devices in the UK just recently and now the release date has been announced. For a change, this news is backed by official word by the company and not merely rumors. The tablets are expected to be launched in the country tomorrow.

The Samsung Mobile India Twitter account tweeted about the upcoming release just today; so you won’t need to wait too much for the price and availability details. Here’s a quick run of the specifications flaunted by each of these Galaxy 3 slabs – the Tab 3 7.0 sips off Jelly Bean 4.1.2 and embeds a 1.2GHz dual core processor.

For the cost we’ve mentioned below, buyers get 8GB of internal memory, 1GB RAM and up to 64GB microSD card expandability. There’s a 3MP camera on the back and a 1.3MP one above the 7-inch touchscreen. The 10.1 Tab 3 works with Android 4.2 and a 1.6GHz dual core chip. It packs in 1GB RAM, 16GB of onboard storage supplemented by a slot for a 64GB microSD card.

There are 3MP and 1.3MP cameras on it too. Lastly, the 8.0 Galaxy Tab 3 arrives with Jelly Bean 4.2 and a 1.5GHz dual core processor. 1.5GB of RAM helps with all the tasks that users put it through. Samsung has slipped in a slot for a 64GB microSD card in case the 16GB of flash memory falls short. There is a 5MP main sensor on the back panel and a 1.3MP lens on the front.
