There are going to be a wide number of variants of the Samsung Galaxy S7, and some of them will come equipped with Qualcomm’s new Snapdragon 820 chipset. One such model has stopped by on AnTuTu, and has given us a glimpse at its important specs in the process.
For those unaware about the recently leaked details of the Samsung Galaxy S7, here’s a quick refresher. Some models will be powered by the Snapdragon 820 SoC, while some will go for the company’s very own Exynos 8890 unit. Moreover, the display sizes will vary as well, ranging from 5.1 inches and 5.5 inches to even 6 inches. Among these, some will offer curved panels.
With that said, the leaked AnTuTu listing is about a Samsung model named SM-G935A which will run the 820 chipset and offer a 5.1-inch Quad HD panel. It is shown to feature 4GB worth of RAM and 64GB worth of storage. What’s unclear is whether this space will be expandable via a microSD card slot or not.

The camera department will be handled by a 12MP sensor; most probably a BRITECELL unit focused on providing better low-light imaging and higher dynamic range. The front snapper will still grab a 5MP sensor. As for the software, an Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based version of TouchWIZ will be making its way into the Galaxy S7. In terms of design, it is being said that the next-gen flagship range will adopt a sturdy body thanks to the incorporation of magnesium and glass.
