The Samsung Galaxy Note Pro SM-P907A will be made available in the US and according to a report doing the rounds on the web, AT&T will be playing host to it in the country. There of course, has been no official announcement regarding the same. About a week ago, we had seen a picture of the device’s rear panel and the grapevine was abuzz with rumors suggesting that it has already been showcased at an event held in South Korea.
One of the reasons why we believe that the next edition in the Note series is indeed on the cards is that it has been confirmed by the guys over at @evleaks. It is this Twitter handle which went on to reveal the Korean company’s plans of collaborating with AT&T.
Apparently, this device is the Pro version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 2014 edition tab and is likely to house a 12.2-inch multi-touch display of 2560 x 1600p resolution. A screen like this will obviously require some powerful internal components for maintaining smooth operation and thus the slate could bring a quad core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor as well as 3GB of RAM to the table.
And what’s more, it may operate with the help of the Android KitKat 4.4 OS. An 8MP camera could perch itself on the rear panel, while a 2MP webcam can also form a part of the device. The total internal memory may amount to 32GB, but whether it is expandable or not, is not known.
