The rose gold version of the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 was rumored to go on sale globally during the first week of 2014. And while that didn’t happen as expected, the device was recently spotted on the company’s website hinting it to be an exclusive for Verizon.
The rose gold model comes in two versions, one featuring white accents and the other having a black design. As pointed out by Android Authority, only the former model is listed on the Samsung website. But there’s still the possibility of Verizon getting its hands on both options. The new skins provide a wider choice over the usual black, white and pink shades which have resulted in over 5 million sales.
There’s still no official word on when the rose gold version of the Note 3 will be available on Verizon, but it doesn’t look like that day is far off. Also, various other countries should receive the new shades soon. A red variant was also spotted back in December and it hasn’t been seen in the wild since. Apart from the captivating appearance, the rose gold Note 3 is no different from the original version. The specs, design and features are all the same.
You’ll find the main highlights of the Note 3 below:
– 5.7-inch FHD Super AMOLED touchscreen
– Android 4.3 Jelly Bean
– 2.3GHz Snapdragon 800 SOC
– 3GB RAM, 32GB storage
– 13MP rear camera
– 3200mah battery
As mentioned earlier, we’re still waiting for an official word on the arrival of the rose gold Note for Verizon. We’ll update you with the latest developments when available, so stay tuned.
