We recently reported that Samsung plans to launch the Galaxy Note 3 Lite under the Neo brand, making it the second handset to feature the said moniker for 2014. Apart from it, various other devices will also be introduced under this segment from the Galaxy Tab 3 and Galaxy Grand series.
A couple of days back, specs of the Galaxy Note 3 Lite or Neo made it online via leaked internal product positioning documents. The latest information comes via SamMobile that has managed to get its hands on benchmark results and also images of the phablet alongside the original Note 3. According to the information received, the source notes that the device will go live in two variants, one with HSPA+ (SM-N750) and another with 4G LTE (SM-N7505).
Appearance-wise, the Galaxy Note 3 Neo looks no different from the original. The device has a slightly smaller screen of 5.55 inches and the overall design is basically identical to that of the latter. Android 4.3 Jelly Bean along with the TouchWiz UI and Magazine UX will be preloaded. As reported earlier, the device will have a 6 core processor which is being called the Exynos 5260 Hexa SOC. What’s interesting is that the chip supports Heterogeneous multi-processing HMP which means all cores can function simultaneously. A Mali-T624 GPU is also included.
Here are the specs in full detail.
