The Samsung Galaxy Note 2 India price and release date information has been revealed through Infibeam. But the phone seems to have taunted enthusiasts only with a blink-and-miss act through the retailer.
For fans who’ve been relentlessly looking it up online,
Clicking on the link in question simply leads to a pre-order page loudly claiming ‘Price Not Available,’ and ‘Gotcha!’ in an undertone. There’s nothing on the launch date except for ‘Coming Soon,’ and the insistence that the smartphone ships within 10 to 11 business days does show up below the Infibeam link on the Google search results page. Well, we’re getting the impression that Samsung ensured this juicy tidbit was buried quite quickly.
Since the South Korean manufacturer has not been seen to dillydally when it comes to releasing its products in India (take the Galaxy S3 launch for example), we’re going to lay our bets on the guess that the company will be taking it to the country in October itself. With the 16GB original Note’s tag hovering at a little over Rs. 30,000 currently, the price chalked for the new one should run into the conclusion that it will sport the same storage capacity.
The 16GB Samsung Galaxy Note 2 price in India is expected to be pegged at 38,500 through Infibeam. The list price apparently reads Rs. 40,500. It is anticipated to be made available in both the white and black color options. There’s not even an unofficial peep telling us if the gadget will also land on these shores in 32GB and 64GB choices.
