The Samsung Galaxy Alpha smartphone looks all set to make its debut in India and the South Korean company has chosen September 27 to be the date of its arrival. An event for the said date has been announced by the company, and its invites have the words ‘Next Generation Stylephone’ printed on them.
The Galaxy Alpha gains particular attention owing to the fact that it has been created with the aim of competing against the iPhone 6 range’s 4.7-inch model. This is Samsung’s first device with a metal build which is a standard feature for Apple products. Moreover, this Android smartphone also features a 4.7-inch display of its own to challenge the new iPhone head on.
The Alpha series seems to be all set to expand now, as leaks and rumors about other similar handsets have started appearing at lot lately. These include SM-A300, SM-A500F and other devices we’ve been hearing about.
