Over a week back, news surfaced that HTC is also working on a glamour red version of its HTC One M8 flagship. The first press render of this color options has been leaked and as expected, it’s headed to Verizon in the US.
Speaking of which, the carrier seems to have taken a subtle approach where branding is concerned and the only place where you’ll find the Verizon 4G LTE logo is on the rear. The glamour red HTC One M8 doesn’t appear to be as bright as last year’s model, but it sure look great. We’re also expecting to see the company’s flagship get dressed in blue and stealth black in the near future and hopefully, the 24K gold model will go on sale as well.

In recent news, the smartphone went official in India and is priced slightly lower than the Samsung Galaxy S5, at Rs 49,990. In the US, the device has been discounted via Amazon where the Verizon and Sprint models are available at $149.99 after a $50 cut when signing up for a new 2-year contract. The HTC One M8 improves on the great design, entertainment features and camera capabilities found on the One M7. The device has a tweaked all-metal form factor with dual rear cameras to enabled new features as well as enhanced BoomSound speakers.
Here are the main specifications:
– Android 4.4 KitKat

– 5-inch 1080p display
– 2GB RAM
– 16GB or 32GB internal storage, 128GB expandable
– UltraPixel rear camera, 5MP front snapper
– 2600mAh battery
EvLeaks hasn’t mentioned when the red HTC One M8 will go official and we’re hoping it isn’t going to be a long wait.
