Pioneer CDJ Player

Amateur DJs who like adding a touch of ingeniousness to their personal music or enjoy intermingling tunes have just got something meaningful. For music aficionados, Pioneer has just redefined the entire DJ experience with its new CDJ-850 digital media player. The CDJ-850’s design is inspired by the company’s CDJ series for the next generation of DJ entertainers.

With the satiny offering around, beginner DJs can now easily create their own music, perform and share mixes like a professional. The digital media player delivers augmented mixing functions, exceptional audio quality, and new options for mixing and sharing music. With a large 206mm jog dial, the device proffers constant and easy control for users who want simpler things in life. A rotary selector and browse buttons which are incorporated within the display are also packed it.

“With the increasing popularity of the DJ art form and culture, we understand the importance of creating products for all levels of DJ skill sets. Our aim with the new CDJ-850 is to ensure that DJs get to enjoy similar innovative features and design to those found in our flagship CDJ-2000 and CDJ-900 players, and get to experience the best product for their needs,” shared David Arevalo, senior marketing manager, Professional Sound and Visual division for Pioneer Electronics (USA) Inc.

Users can effortlessly mix numerous music formats and media with support for MP3, AAC, WAV and AIFF digital audio formats. The CDJ-850 comes with rekordbox, a unique DJ management software, which lets users analyze data like Wave, Beat Grid, BPM and ID3 Tag of music files, create cues and loop settings, edit playlists, and save the history of music. The digital media player uses rekordbox software and allows users to export their music files onto a USB drive with a quick plug-in.

Music buffs are further animated with an easy-to-use user interface and an editable Tag List functionality. Other exclusive highlights of the device are Auto Beat Loop function, four levels of settings for variations in a song’s tempo, resume functionality, and outstanding vibration-resistance with Shock-Proof Memory and Floating Architecture. The player also equips MIDI to enable control of DJ software running on a laptop and built-in USB HID interface to control complex operations of DJ software.

The Pioneer CDJ-850 is anticipated to be available next month with a suggested retail price of $999.
