Packed with some of the latest offerings from Intel and Nvidia, the Origin PC EON17-S and EON15-S gaming laptops recently went live. These updated rigs come equipped with the next generation Intel HM77 chipset and an overclocked GeForce GTX 675M GPU.
Besides gaming, these notebooks are also built for professional purposes. They incorporate various technologies such as Nvidia Optimus which is apparently capable of delivering 2.5 times the activity, that’s up to 6.5 hours of battery life, and Rapid Start from Intel. The upgraded variants also come with options of GeForce GTX 660M, 670M and 675M graphics. To beef up the performance, the company has incorporated CPU and GPU overclocking capabilities that allow gamers to conveniently crank up processing frequencies of both components on the EON17-S.
“The type of complete technology overhaul that the EON17-S and EON15-S laptops have just undergone does not happen often. This is the best time to upgrade to an Origin laptop,” expressed Kevin Wasielewski Origin PC CEO and co-founder. “With the latest technology from Intel and NVIDIA, the customizable backlit keyboard, and the exclusive Origin laptop design the new EON-S laptops offer stunning performance and they look as good as they perform.”
In addition to the aforementioned features, the newly launched duo incorporates the THX TruStudio Pro that’s accompanied by the 5.1-channel Onkyo surround sound system. The backlit keyboard is customizable as well. Users can choose between several lighting hues. Both notebooks are said to ship with the company’s new laptop design, in color options of matte black, matte red and silver or any custom shade as per users’ preferences.
The Origin PC EON17-S and EON15-S price tags start at $1,525 and $1,576, respectively. Both devices are now available for purchase through the company’s website.
