As promised, Oppo has started taking pre-orders for its Find 7a smartphone which will be available in several markets including the US and various locations in Europe. The smartphone is available for a very alluring price of $499 or €399 and it also comes with a couple of freebies.
The Oppo Find 7a was under speculation for many months and it went official just last month. The company unveiled the device in two variants. The 7a model is the basic one which has a 1080p display 2GB of RAM, 16GB storage and a 2.3GHz Snapdragon 801 processor. The 7b version comes with a 2K display and offers a pixel density of 538ppi. Apart from this, the phone has a faster CPU clocked at 2.5GHz and an additional gigabyte of RAM.
The internal storage is double as well. The QHD model will arrive in May or June for around $565. The Oppo Find 7a comes with 13MP Sony IMX214 CMOS sensor that’s capable of capturing high resolution images of 50MP resolution. This is made possible by the Super Zoom mode which combines multiple pictures into one singe still. The camera is also capable of taking 32 second long exposure shots and HDR images as well as video.
