Oppo Find 7 is indeed on the cards, company says it’s coming soon

The Oppo Find 7 hit the rumor mills a long time ago, but the company has officially acknowledged the device only now. Apart from confirming the phone, Oppo has also revealed that it will be launched sometime in early 2014. An exact date or any other availability details have been kept under wraps.

The guys over at Phone Arena who came across the handset’s features earlier this month, happened to see the teaser on a Chinese social networking website called Weibo. If the leaked specifications of the handset are anything to go by, it is Oppo’s flagship smartphone and should be able to give tough competition to most high-end gadgets. It may initially go up for sale in China and should be released in other regions as well.

Apparently, the Find 7 will be graced by a 5.7-inch touchscreen with a 2K resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. Also, like the Galaxy Note 3, the Oppo smartphone claims to possess 3GB of RAM to ensure smooth multitasking at all times.

And what’s more, interested customers can expect it to be compatible with 4G LTE networks and it acquires steam from a 4000mAh battery. A 13MP camera rests on the rear panel and a 5MP lens can be seen alongside the screen on the front surface.

The Oppo Find 7’s price and release date will be revealed when the device is ready for its launch.
