Customers from major cities in India will be able to purchase the OnePlus X smartphone without any invites this Tuesday, December 8. They will be able to book the handset and have it delivered to their doorstep through an Ola ride within as less as 15 minutes.
Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai and National Capital Region (NCR) are the only locations where this will be possible though. On December 8, customers will be able to find a new section in the Ola cab booking app, which allows them to place an order for the OnePlus X between 10am to 7pm.
Once that’s done, they can choose to either pay via Cash on Delivery or use their credit/debit cards. Any nearby Ola cab will then arrive at their location with a OnePlus representative to provide them with their purchase. This is great news for those who are struggling to find an invite for buying the X.
