One of the most anticipated smartphones right now is the OnePlus X which the company will be unveiling on October 29. While we have an idea of what to expect from it in terms of specs, we were clueless about its price till now.
It has been revealed by a leak that the OnePlus X will be made available in China in exchange of RMB 1399. This amount translates into around Rs 14300 or $220, thus making it a competitor to devices like the Moto G (Gen 3) and the Xiaomi Mi 4i.
A well-known Chinese leakster who goes by the name Leaksfly has revealed the price of the X handset via his Weibo account, according to PhoneRadar. Although he hasn’t mentioned any other details about it, we know about a number of important components that will form part of its offerings.
Firstly, you’ll be seeing a 5-inch 1080p full HD panel on this OnePlus smartphone. An accidental listing on Amazon India recently pointed out that it will feature an Android Marshmallow-based Oxygen OS build moreover.
A quick glance at the leaked specs of the OnePlus:
– Display: 5-inch, 1080p full HD
– OS: Oxygen OS 3.0 (Based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow)
– CPU: 2.2GHz octa core MediaTek Helio X10
– Memory: 2GB RAM
– Camera: 13MP rear, 5MP/8MP front
– Battery: 2450mAh
A 13MP rear camera and a 5MP or 8MP front snapper can also be expected to be present on it, apart from a 2450mAh battery. Do note that the X will come with a metal frame on its sides, and will kick in a very different design approach compared to the company’s other two handsets.
