Among the most sought after smartphones in India right now is the OnePlus One which has just been re-introduced in the form a 16GB silk white model. This variant of the device will also be exclusive to Amazon, and will be sold from February 24 onwards, at Rs 18999.
That price is Rs 1000 less than that of the 16GB version of the high-end Xiaomi Mi 4 which is its main competitor here in the country. It will be sold with the same invite system that applies to its 64GB model.
The silk white version has been revealed to feature a soft and smooth texture on its rear, which makes it feel like the surface on cashew nuts. Apart from the differences in storage capacity and color, there are no other changes that the new One bears with its 64GB cousin that has been selling the country since long.
OnePlus has fitted it with a 5.5-inch full HD display and a Qualcomm Snapdragon 801 chipset bearing a 2.5GHz quad core processor. This setup is accompanied by 3GB worth of RAM and an Adreno 330 GPU. The phone moreover, offers a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front one.
Here’s a quick glance at the specs of the OnePlus One:
– Display: 5.5-inch, 1080p full HD
– OS: Cyanogen 11S (Update to OxygenOS incoming)
– Processor: 2.5GHz quad core Snapdragon 801
– GPU: Adreno 330

Like we said, the 16GB silk white model of the OnePlus One will be made available for purchase through Amazon India tomorrow in exchange of Rs 18999. You’ll need to have an invite to purchase it however.
