It’s been more than half a year that the OnePlus One has been on the market and many people are still having a tough time landing an invite to purchase the flagship killer. Well, the company has been holding open sales and pre-orders every couple of months and it plans to increase the frequency of such sales to a weekly basis.
Starting tomorrow and every Tuesday following it, the OnePlus One will be open to all. However, this is limited to the global variant only. So, customers in India won’t be able to cash in on this promo. On the upside, the company is celebrating its 10 weeks of sales in the country and is holding the same open store tomorrow only.
More information on that can be found in this report which we published earlier today. Coming to the global open sales, OnePlus notes that it wants to put its flagship killer in as many hands as possible. Each of these sales will go on for an entire 24 hours. They commence at 8am London time (see image below for other time zones).
Additionally, both 16GB and 64GB models will be available in silk white and sandstone black, respectively. So what about the infamous invite system – Will the company finally give it the boot? The answer is no as OnePlus will continue to offer the device on invite-basis for the remaining 6 days. Also, those who purchase the phone during these open sales will receive invites to distribute.
