OnePlus Diwali Dash sale to offer products at just Re 1

OnePlus Diwali Dash

It’s just been a few days since OnePlus launched its own online store in India and the brand is already trying to drum up business for itself by announcing a special Diwali Dash sale. The event will take place from October 24 to 26 and promises to give away merchandise priced at just Re 1.

Some of the items up for grabs at Re 1 include the OnePlus 3 Soft Gold edition, gear, and accessories. The Diwali Dash Sale will kick off at 12 pm, 4 pm, and 8 pm on each day. Participating in the contest is a pretty long process.

First, you’ll have to complete the Entry Challenge which involves signing into your account, verifying your mobile number, adding your address, and sharing the event. You’ll then be eligible for OnePlus’ Re 1 Mystery Boxes. These secret items are released through a lucky draw at the start of every session.

You are allowed multiple attempts at drawing a Box until you get one or until all the available ones are taken. You can only get one Mystery Box per account. Furthermore, its contents will only be revealed to you after you finish paying up Re 1. It should be noted that unpaid Boxes expire after 3 hours.

You can increase your chances of drawing a Box by upping your Dash Level. To do so, you will have to do things like registering your OnePlus products, successfully inviting people to sign up, and buying stuff from the company’s store.

While you won’t know what’s inside your Mystery Box until you shell out Re 1, you do have some control over what it could possibly be. The higher your participation levels, the bigger the potential prize pool. The former will be measured by a Dash Index which rises based on the number of page views, qualified participants, social media shares, and communication on social media.

OnePlus is also promising to hand out coupons worth Rs 250 to you if you register your OnePlus smartphone’s IMEI number. You can check out more details and participate in the brand’s Diwali Dash sale here.
