The OnePlus 6T is just a few weeks away from becoming official, but you won’t have to wait that long to find out what the phone looks like. A new leak has revealed a number of official-looking press images of the device.

These photos have arrived courtesy WinFuture’s Roland Quandt. He’s usually pretty reliable, plus the renders match previous leaks and pictures of the OnePlus 6T for the most part. The snaps have the same waterdrop notch design, bezel-less screen, and dual cameras.

The rear is notably missing a fingerprint scanner. That’s probably because the OnePlus 6 sequel is going to feature an under-display fingerprint sensor. This will be a first for the brand and should help differentiate the smartphone from its rivals as well as its previous variant.

The OnePlus 6T is apparently going to be sold in Mirror Black and Midnight Black models. Both are said to have a glass back, but the latter may have a frosted design. The company has a habit of releasing more color options after a few weeks or months, so there might be more on the way.

OnePlus 6T Speculation

Wireless charging probably won’t be around as a feature in this generation. The charging standard isn’t as fast as the brand’s wired Dash technology in any case. Recent rumors have alleged that there will be a larger 3700mAh battery ticking away inside the OnePlus 6T.

The report suggests that this might have come about because OnePlus has taken away the 3.5mm headphone jack, leaving more space for the battery inside. On the outside, the screen is probably going to measure 6.41-inch and output a resolution of 2340 x 1080p.
