While most of the leading mobile brands have their entry-level phones in clamshell designs, a clamshell from Nokia is very rare. Breaking its mold, Nokia has introduced the Nokia 3610 Fold.
Although being an entry-level phone, the Nokia 3610 Fold sports a 1.3 megapixel camera with 6x digital zoom, Bluetooth, 2 inch 240 x 320 resolution screen, 1.36 inch display. Also packed in it is a 30 MB built-in memory and also supports an expandable memory of upto 4GB via microSD cards. It also comes with a 2.5 mm audio port. Now that’s a lot for an entry level phone and will definitely put the Fold above the other low-budget phones from Nokia.
On the outside, the flip displays call info, messages and an analogue clock. It is a quadband (GSM 850/900/1800/1900) handset and is available in blue, red and green colours.
Nokia 3610 Fold phone is priced at $186. However, it is yet to ship in North America and expected to be there by the third quarter.
