A few more details of the Nokia Lumia 630 have emerged since the last time we saw it break cover courtesy of @evleaks. A new report has offered a wee bit more on the phone’s specifications. Apart from this, there’s also word about a certain Lumia 635.
Nokia Lumia 630
Starting with the Lumia 630, it is expected to carry a 4.5-inch 854 x 480p resolution touchscreen, according to the tidbit that NPU picked up on via FCC filings. It will run the soon-to-be announced Windows Phone Blue OS which brings in dual SIM support among other tweaks.
And sure enough, a leaked image of the smartphone’s screen that we saw previously showed it carrying two SIM cards and separate live tiles for each. The settings can apparently be changed so the UI displays two tiles for each SIM or just one.
The FCC filing for the Nokia Moneypenny reveals that it will have a height of 129.55mm and be 66.7mm wide. Two variants of this dual SIM device supposedly flying under the model numbers RM-977 and RM-978 are being tested by the company.
That would explain why the first press render we’ve posted shows the handset embedding just one 3G SIM card. The second picture of the UI clearly indicates a device holding in two SIMs. So the RM-978 and RM-977 could be dual SIM and single SIM versions of the same 3G phone.

A Lumia 635 RM-976 is also being talked about in connection with the Lumia 630. The former is expected to be a single SIM variant of the latter. Going by the scant information we have, it may be have just one slot for a SIM card and offer 4G network connectivity.
Well, don’t hope to see these Nokia Lumia handsets in the market until Microsoft announces its Windows Phone Blue update.
