Nokia Lumia 1320 goes on sale starting today, China gets it first

The much awaited Nokia Lumia 1320 phablet has started making its way to stores across the globe. The company has announced through its Conversations blog that the device is now available in China and various locations such as Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore and more will receive the handset in the coming weeks.

The Lumia 1320 is a mid-range handset and it’s the second phablet from the Finnish giant. The device is sized the same as the Lumia 1520, featuring a 6-inch ClearBlack IPS LCD panel, albeit the resolution is just 720p. On the upside, the panel has been coated with Corning Gorilla Glass 3. On the inside, a dual core 1.7GHz Snapdragon S4 processor does the heavy lifting with Windows Phone 8 running the show.

The Nokia Lumia 1320 also sports 1GB of RAM, 8GB of internal storage, a 64GB compatible microSD card slot and a 3400mAh battery that can deliver up to 28 day of standby or 21 hours of 3G talktime. The company has also included pre-loaded applications such as Nokia Beamer, HERE Maps, HERE LiveSight, Creative Studio and MixRadio amongst others.
