A handset called the Nokia Heart has started doing the rounds on the internet after popping up on benchmarking site GFXBench. The moniker is likely a code name and not the official one, though nothing is confirmed at this point of time.
Going by the listing, the Nokia Heart falls below the Nokia 6 in terms of specs. This probably means it’ll be cheaper than the latter which currently sells at CNY 1699 (approx $250 or Rs 16900) in China. Mobile Ka Price claims the new smartphone will have a Rs 9999 price tag and hit India on February 28.
Diving into its features, the Nokia offering apparently runs on an HMD Edition of Android 7.0 Nougat and is powered by a Snapdragon 430 processor. It might flaunt a 12MP or 13MP rear camera accompanied by autofocus and LED flash. Selfies could be taken care of by an 8MP shooter capable of recording 1080p videos.
Other top highlights include a 5.2-inch 720p display, Adreno 505 GPU, 2GB of RAM, and 16GB of internal storage. Connectivity options consist of Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS. Little else can be gleaned from the page. There’s no way to verify the information on it as yet.
Nokia is all set to host a massive event on February 26 at Barcelona on the eve of the MWC 2017. The company hasn’t confirmed what exactly it’s planning to showcase on the day. Possibilities include the Nokia D1C and Nokia P1, with the former being a mid-range option and the latter a high-end one.
