The Nokia 9 has gotten leaked yet again, this time in the form of a 360-degree video and images that show off the handset from all angles. The photos are the result of a collaboration between OnLeaks and CompareRaja and mostly match up with what we’ve heard about the handset in the past.
As per OnLeaks, the Nokia 9 measures 140.9 x 72.9 x 7.5mm, with the camera bump increasing the thickness to 8.9mm overall. It’s gotten hold of slim bezels all around, but the exact shape isn’t obvious in the above mockup. It appears to have adopted a squarish design with curved edges.
The back of the Nokia 9 has been layered with glass, leaving the antenna bands to make their way to the sides. The rear also plays host to a fingerprint scanner and dual rear cameras. Word on the street is that both will be 13MP Carl Zeiss lenses similar to the Nokia 8 but with significant improvements.
Unfortunately, it seems Nokia is abandoning the 3.5mm headphone jack as it’s nowhere to be seen at the bottom. It’ll be joining other companies like Google, Apple, HTC and Motorola which have similarly let go of the port to the anger of scores of consumers.
In terms of specs, the Nokia 9 might be blessed with a 5.5-inch AMOLED screen, a Snapdragon 835 processor, OZO audio, 6GB/8GB of RAM, 128GB of ROM, IP68 certification, and wireless charging. While previous rumors had alleged an iris scanner or facial recognition, the new one hints that only a fingerprint sensor will be in place.
