Amazon India’s hosting a Nokia Mobile Week sale on its website till January 12, offering discounts and exchange offers to make the smartphones a bit more enticing to buyers. Only 2 models are up for sale – the Nokia 6 and Nokia 8.
Before making any purchasing decisions, it should be kept in mind that the Nokia 6 recently got a new second generation variant, while the Nokia 8 is due to get a 2018 refresh as well. It’s not clear when either of these will make it to India, but it’s something to consider before snapping up the original versions.
The Nokia 6 is being bundled with an extra Rs 1000 discount upon exchanging an older handset, bringing the maximum cut to Rs 12779. The handset itself costs Rs 14199 after a Rs 3000 fall from Rs 17199. The Nokia 8 gets a more direct reduction in the form of Rs 2000 being returned back in the form of Amazon Pay balance within 3 days of the shipping date.

The Nokia 8 is priced at Rs 36999, so anyone who snaps it up now will effectively pay Rs 34999 for it. There’s also a ICICI Bank credit card offer which grants customers an instant Rs 1500 markdown. It’s applicable on EMI transactions and exchange deals as well.
