HMD Global has already revealed when its next set of Nokia smartphones is coming out, but we still don’t have any idea when those phones will eventually travel to India. A new report offers a clue in this direction, confirming which models will be arriving in the country in the process.

Sources told Nokiapoweruser that the Nokia 6 (2018), Nokia 8 Sirocco, and Nokia 1 were all due to hit India in April. Each is apparently getting unveiled separately over the course of the month. The first has already gotten launched in China, but its global variant is yet to emerge from the shadows.

The second is supposedly an enhanced version of the original Nokia 8. Sirocco is the name of a luxury series the company used to sell, so it’ll definitely be a premium affair. The handset was initially thought to be one of the variants of the Nokia 9, but later reports indicated that this was not the case.

The true Nokia 9 remains a mystery for now, but HMD Global will hopefully clear up the case at its MWC 2018 appearance on February 25. As for the Nokia 1, the number attached to its name clearly hints at its entry-level status. Leaked photos back up this assumption, showing a basic smartphone with thick bezels and no home button.

The trio is set to be followed up by the Nokia 7 Plus by the end of May or early June. Word on the street is that the device will be the company’s first Android One phone. If true, it’ll be running on an even purer version of Android than its siblings.
