Nikon Coolpix L810, S30 and L26 digital cameras to become available this month

The Nikon Coolpix L810, S30 and L26 dipped in a choice of shades, are integrated with interesting features which match the design that these compact digital cameras sport. It’s apparently going to rain snappers this season, with the Panasonic Lumix and Sony Cyber-shot ranges gearing up to arrive this March. The latest Coolpix lineup will also be seen gracing store shelves soon.

First we have the Nikon Coolpix L810 drenched in shades of black, red and blue, delivering up to 26x zoom via its 22.5mm wide angle lens. The camera integrates VR image stabilization technology, nineteen scene modes and a Smart Portrait system. Moreover, the device even boasts of a Sports Continuous shooting mode to capture fast moving objects. It enters the arena complete with 720p HD recording capabilities, stereo sound and a 3-inch LCD screen to view the detailed images captured when on the move.

Nikon Coolpix S30

The lineup brings in the Coolpix S30 which sports a shock- and water-proof chassis, so worries about the snapper being damaged can probably be left behind when headed for a picnic with the kids. This 10.1MP device comes with HD video recording capabilities and dons a 3x wide angle zoom lens. The point-and-shoot offering also features the Smart Portrait system to make capturing images easy and simple. Prospective users can choose between white, blue and pink colors when it comes to the S30.

Incorporated with a 5x optical Zoom-Nikkor lens, the Nikon Coolpix L26 is even capable of capturing 720p HD videos amongst other features. It includes automatic scene modes, allowing users to simply go on a photo-snapping spree without having to manually select the optimum settings for the shot. Beginners dabbling in photography can take advantage of various features like vibration reduction, Smart Portrait technology and a 3-inch LCD screen to playback videos and view snaps.

The Nikon Coolpix L810, S30 and L26 price tags spell out to be $279.95 for the former, while the latter two are stamped at $119.95 each. The precise release date is not known, but the cameras can be expected to appear on the scene anytime this month.
