If it’s not the Galaxy S5 Prime, the LG G3 or the M8 Prime, it’s the HTC M8 Ace that’s making the headlines and with the latest leaks, we’ve got more crucial information regarding the handset. The latest details shed light on a possible launch date for the smartphone which is now said to have a slightly smaller display compared to the flagship.
The first tidbit comes via @evleaks who revealed that the HTC M8 Ace will actually have a 4.7-inch screen instead of a 5-inch panel. The resolution, however, is most likely to be the same, 1920 x 1080p. We have a pretty good idea of what the handset will look like thanks previous images, but the latest ones, courtesy of China’s TENNA, provide a complete look at the front and rear panels.
The certification page for the phone has been pulled down, but Phone Arena managed to grab the images. Then there’s a possible launch date for the M8 Ace which is said to be June 3, according to ePrice. The website has also mentioned that the device won’t come with the Duo Camera feature as depicted in the image above and the rear snapper will be a 13MP lens instead of the UltraPixel sensor.
The HTC M8 Ace is being touted as a fashion-oriented device and the company has also been teasing its launch through its social media channels. If the latest information provided is authentic, we’re less than two weeks away from seeing the phone go official.
