Motorola fans looking to buy the Moto X Force in India now have a reason to cheer as the company has slashed the cost of the handset by Rs 15000 for the 32GB version and Rs 16000 for the 64GB one. The former is now selling for Rs 34999 and the latter at Rs 37999.
To recall, the Motorola Moto X Force landed in India about two months ago with an astronomical Rs 49999 price tag for the 32GB model and Rs 53999 for the 64GB one, pushing it to compete with the likes of Apple and Samsung. While there’s no reason given for the drop, it’s possible the phone wasn’t doing well in the nation because of the high cost.
The new value may just convince potential buyers to opt for the shatterproof Moto X Force and drive up its sales. Note that the brand hasn’t stated whether the cut in cost is permanent or a limited-period offer. The phone is now available via offline outlets, Amazon, Snapdeal and Flipkart at the new rate.
If you still think the Moto X Force is not worth your hard-earned cash, there are other offers on hand for other phones from the company’s lineup. Flipkart is currently vending the Moto G (3rd Gen) at a Rs 1000 discount, effectively dropping its cost from Rs 10999 to Rs 9999. Same goes for the Moto X Play, which is now selling at Rs 16499, down by Rs 500.
