Even Motorola gets into the LTE league in India, second-gen Moto E 4G available

If you’re one of those waiting for the second-gen Motorola Moto E to be made available in the form of its 4G LTE model in India, you’ll be pleased to know that the device has hit pre-order status in the country. You can book the handset at Rs 7999 (Rs 1000 more than 3G model) through Flipkart, and while the website is mentioning that its deliveries will begin on April 23, a PR person we spoke to has told us that they could start this week itself.

The 3G variant of the new Moto E has been selling in India since March at Rs 6999. This model relies on the old Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 chipset for its operational prowess, but the 4G LTE version goes for the much popular Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 silicon instead. Both these chipsets however, offer quad core processing.
