The Moto 360 from Motorola is one gorgeous looking smartwatch and just maybe, you’ll be able to get hold of one in your favorite colors. The Lenovo-owned company is open to the idea of adding wearables to its MotoMaker which will enable various customization options for customers.
As of now, the Motorola Moto 360 comes in three options, namely stone leather, black leather and light metal. With the MotoMaker tool, you’ll probably be able to add a splash of colors by giving each individual component a different shade. For instance, the metal ring surrounding the display could have one hue, while the remaining body can flaunt a another shade.
There’s also a small dial on the side which could be amongst the customizable components and it wouldn’t hurt to add an option for a personalized message engraved on the rear. Now, before you get all excited, you should note that the company hasn’t revealed anything about such customizations.

In an interview with CNET, Motorola’s COO, Rick Osterloh replied with the words ‘could be’ when asked whether MotoMaker will be made available for wearables and the Moto 360 this year. He also went on to say that ‘We have no major announcements in this area, but I think your intuition is very good.’

Clearly, Motorola is open to the possibility of adding MotoMaker support for wearables like the Moto 360, but it might be a rather long wait before such a capability is made available.
